Levels of Membership

Associate
(AAHRMP)

This designation is typically for individuals who have completed some level of education or training in their field of Human Resources or Management, and typically requires a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the field.

Full Member (MAHRMP)

This designation is typically for individuals who have completed some level of education or training in their field of Human Resources or Management, and typically requires a minimum of 5-10 years of work experience in the field.

Fellow
(FAHRMP)

This designation is typically for individuals who have completed a master’s degree level of education in Human Resources or Management, and typically requires a minimum of 10 years of work experience in the field.

Doctoral Fellow (DAHRMP)

This designation is typically reserved for individuals who have completed a doctoral degree in their field and have made significant contributions to the profession through research or other scholarly work.
