Requirements for the Membership

Associate (AAHRMP): This designation is typically for individuals who have completed some level of education or training in their field of Human Resources or Management related courses, and typically requires a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the field.

Member (MAHRMP): This designation is typically for individuals who have completed some level of education or training in their field of Human Resources or Management related courses, and typically requires a minimum of 5-10 years of work experience in the field.

 

Fellow (FAHRMP): This designation is typically for individuals who have completed a master’s degree level of education in Human Resources or Management courses, and typically requires a minimum of 10 years of work experience in the field.

Doctoral Fellow (DAHRMP): This designation is typically reserved for individuals who have completed a doctoral degree (PhD or DBA) in their field and have made significant contributions to the profession through research or other scholarly work.
